You have to be registered as an author and logged in.
If you haven`t registered yet, do it now, 
once we received your confirmation e-mail we upgrade your status to "author".
Click on "Print" (top, right). This page opens in a new window. You can print this page or leave it open as a help-file.

After logging in you will find a Menu on the right side named "add content".
Select your section  - the text input mask should appear in the middle.
Type a title into the title field  - not longer than the field!
Choose a category.

Input text Intro:
This is the text that appears when the article is listed i.e. on the front page.
You have 2 options:
Type in text, format text (paragraph, bold,  etc.)  - done. Not more than 6 lines!
Or:
Open your text on your computer in Wordpad oder Word, mark all (Ctrl-a), copy all and paste into the textfield as plain text (Button "paste as plain text" first line left nextto the blue question mark).
Format your text (paragraph, bold,  etc.)  - done

Caution: Pasting with the buttons  "Paste" or "Paste from Word" can destroy the layout of the page
In this case we are forced to delete the article.

. For experts. All your Word-text has to be pre-formatted to 8 pt.

Input Main Text (optional):
This is the part of the text that comes up when you hit the button "read more". Text can be more than 1 page.
Write or paste as above.

Upload images into your text:  (you should be a fairly experienced user)
Click into the text, where your image should appear, click on the green symbol "insert/edit picture" next to the smiley, the image manager should open now 
Click on a suitable category, or category "upload".
Next to the field "Current Directory" find the button "Upload" , click on it.
Upload an image from your computer Tick the Box "Select File after upload".
Image should not be wider than 220 px . If it is wider, reduce size to 220 px width, the height will be adjusted automatically. Position your image (left - right).
Press Insert .
Your image appears within the text. You can reposition the image by clicking on it and moving the picture. The cursor mark moves within the text to another position! Try!

If  OK press  "Save" (This is the 1st of the 3 large symbols ).
Now your article should be published.For further changes click on the "write" symbol next to the headline of your article, the input mask will come up again.
